Taking over for Duane Lonneman, who retired earlier this spring, Ann Reich is our production planner and scheduler. The bulk of her responsibility is ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow through our machine shop. She comes to Sputtering Components with almost two decades of experience in manufacturing. 

One of several who have joined us over the past few months, Michael Woodring is a service engineer. He comes to Sputtering Components with lots of troubleshooting experience. Helped by his brother Eric, a controls engineer at Sputtering Components, Woodring got up to speed quickly. Noemi Arias has recently joined Sputtering Components as a quality program manager. In this role, she leads process improvements to ensure customer needs are efficiently met.
